So you have submitted your resume, what happens next?
1. Resume and cover letter submitted-
Thanks for applying! We have received your resume and we have read through it. Only successful candidates will be contacted for a phone interview.
2. Shortlisting of resume and calling for an interview-
One of our recruitment staff will contact you to discuss your resume depending on the eligibility criteria and your working experience. If there is a match, we will invite you to an in-person interview.
3. Final selection –
Once our team finds the best suitable candidate you will be hired upon discussing the terms and conditions. If agreed with all you are then a part of Team TOB. CONGRATULATIONS…!
